Mission


1. To expose and educate the Hispanic Catholic on the moral teachings of the Roman Catholic Church regarding the five non-negotiables: abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, human cloning and one man-one woman marriage.

2. To expose and educate the Hispanic Catholic on the scientific and medical facts regarding the five non-negotiables: abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, human cloning and one man-one woman marriage.

3. To facilitate an environment where the serious Catholic may ask questions and receive accurate, unbiased, up-to-date information regarding the five non-negotiables.

4. To empower the Catholic leader to make presentations and hold discussions with the knowledge received. A congress syllabus will be provided to each registrant.


In addition to HALF's objectives of providing pro-life information and educational materials to Hispanic Americans, we also support pro-life groups that already exist in various parts of the country and collaborate in the establishment of new Hispanic pro-life groups. Our initiative will offer a response to several challenges.

  1. 1. Hispanics are one of the major targets of the abortion industry.
  2. 2. At the same time, thanks to our profound respect for the Catholic faith, traditions, and culture, Hispanics have a deeply ingrained pro-life mentality that provides us a solid foundation for moral renewal and leadership in the defense of LIFE in the United States and the world.

We make a passionate appeal to all Hispanic Catholics, encouraging them to defend and promote the Catholic Church's position on the five non-negotiables: abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem-cell research, human cloning, and one man-one woman marriages, as well as the Catholic Church's teachings on Natural Family Planning.
  4. 4. Morally evil acts should never be promoted through laws. The time has come for every Catholic to answer the call of the Church.
